Conduct threat hunting investigations aimed at identifying potential threats and previously unidentified risks within the company's networks, leveraging data collected from multiple sources.
• Findings from these investigation activities may lead to the development of new use cases and detection capabilities, helping to expand the overall monitoring and detection coverage of the GSOC.
• The primary responsibility of the intern will be to understand the nature of data collected from security tools, information systems, and other sources. This includes defining investigation hypotheses for threat hunting activities, followed by the analysis and correlation of relevant data to validate or refute those hypotheses.
