Our immigration law firm is looking for an exceptional Sales Superstar who is confident, persuasive, empathetic, highly organized, and motivated by results.

You will be speaking with prospective immigration clients who are often facing life-changing decisions. Your job is to listen, understand their needs, build trust, explain our services clearly, overcome objections, and guide qualified prospects toward retaining the firm.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to new immigration-law leads.
• Conduct phone and video consultations with prospective clients.
• Build trust and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
• Identify the prospect’s goals, concerns, timeline, and decision-making factors.
• Clearly explain the firm’s services, process, fees, and next steps.
• Follow up consistently with prospects who are not ready to retain immediately.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently.
• Convert qualified consultations into signed legal-service agreements.




• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities in the firm's CRM.
• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and the intake team to ensure a smooth transition after a client retains the firm.
• Track your conversion rate, revenue, follow-up activity, and other key performance indicators.
