About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Account Director to lead integrated marketing initiatives for a global client. This role will serve as a strategic partner to both the client and internal teams, driving campaign development and execution across multiple agency disciplines.

The idóneo candidate combines strong client leadership, business acumen, and extensive experience managing integrated marketing programs. They are able to connect strategy, creativity, media, production, and digital capabilities to deliver impactful business results. The role will also help coordinate work across different Omnicom agencies and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead senior-level client relationships and act as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and disciplines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, media, digital, production, and analytics.
• Ensure business objectives are translated into clear marketing and communication strategies.




• Identify growth opportunities and drive account development initiatives.
• Oversee project delivery, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Present recommendations and campaign performance insights to senior client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Account Management within advertising, marketing, or integrated agencies.
• Proven experience leading complex, integrated campaigns.
• Strong strategic thinking and business planning capabilities.
• Experience managing senior client stakeholders and executive-level presentations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluent English (required).
• Regional or multinational client experience is highly desirable.
