Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist for a remote, contract-based individual contributor role.
This is a highly hands-on position for someone with substantial experience personally managing and scaling large Google Ads budgets. The successful candidate will take direct ownership of campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance, without managing a team.
Responsibilities include planning, building,



and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, remarketing, and other relevant campaign types. The specialist will personally manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, keyword strategy, conversion tracking, ad testing, and ongoing campaign optimization.
A key part of the role will be identifying opportunities to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining disciplined control over ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rates, and overall acquisition economics.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Personally managing and optimizing significant Google Ads media spend.
• Building, launching, and scaling campaigns across multiple Google Ads campaign types.
• Managing bidding strategies, budgets, keywords, audiences, placements, and targeting.
• Monitoring performance daily and making data-driven optimization decisions.
