We’re looking for motivated, English-fluent professionals who are passionate about
customer care and eager to grow with an international company.

? Position Details
Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Must be based in the Medellín metropolitan area.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. or 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Compensation: Starting at COP 3.450.000 + performance-based bonuses, increasing after 6 months + Benefits.
Benefits: Private Health Care Plan after 6 months.
Contract Type: Independent contractor.
Employment Type: Full-time

? What You’ll Need
· Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
· Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset
· Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude




· Quiet home office setup with a minimum 200 Mbps Wired internet connection
· Personal laptop (minimum i5 processor / 16GB RAM or equivalent)
· Must be based in the Medellín metropolitan area.
