As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for improving manufacturing and assembly operations by identifying process issues, understanding their business impacts, and implementing effective solutions. You will work closely with production, quality, and operations teams to optimize manufacturing processes, accelerate deliveries, reduce missing parts, quickly resolve quality issues, and sustain long-term performance improvements.



This role is critical in driving operational excellence, productivity, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing environment.

Your Role

• Identify manufacturing process issues, evaluate business impacts, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Solve production and operational problems to improve quality, productivity, efficiency, and delivery performance.
• Accelerate deliveries by optimizing manufacturing workflows, reducing bottlenecks, and minimizing missing parts.
• Quickly identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues through structured problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques.
• Sustain improvements and operational performance through standardization, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop, participate in, maintain, and continuously improve the Manufacturing Engineering strategy to support business objectives.
