Valent Legal Solutions LLC is looking for a U.S. Immigration Specialist or Legal Assistant to join our remote legal talent team supporting U.S. law firms.
We are looking for a bilingual legal professional with handson experience in U.S. Immigration, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage or support immigration cases independently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage or assist with U.S. immigration cases.
Prepare and review immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documentation.
Collect and organize client information and case evidence.
Monitor case progress, deadlines, and required documentation.
Communicate with clients and coordinate with attorneys and legal teams.
Identify missing information or potential case issues and escalate them appropriately.
Maintain accurate and organized case files.
Areas of Experience

Requirements
Minimum 12 years of handson U.S. Immigration experience.
B2, C1 C2 English and fluent Spanish.
Experience supporting or managing U.S. immigration cases.
Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration processes.
Experience working with U.S. law firms is a plus.
Colombian Attorney Law Degree is a plus.
