My Hero VA is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Executive Virtual Assistant to support the CEO. You’ll manage emails, calendar scheduling, follow-ups, and calls to free up leadership time and energy.

Remote in LATAM; English required, Spanish preferred. Adecuado candidates have executive support experience in marketing or media and are comfortable using Outlook, Calendly, WhatsApp, and Pipedrive. This role rewards initiative and clear communication.
