Responsibilities

- Ownanddeliverend-to-endrecruitmentprocessesacrosstechnicalandprofessionalroles
- Buildandmaintainproactiveandhealthycandidatepipelines
- Identifypipelinegapsandtakeimmediateactiontomitigaterisks
- Partnerwithhiringmanagerstodefine,refine,andalignrolerequirements




- Providemarketinsightstoguidehiringdecisions(availability,salary,feasibility)
- Drivestakeholderfollow-upsandensuretimelyfeedbackanddecisions
- Challengeandrecalibrateroleexpectationswhenneeded

Qualifications

- +3yearsofexperienceinend-to-endTalentAcquisition
- ExperiencerecruitingforDataand/orTechnologyroles(preferred)
- Strongproblem-solvingskillswithabilitytounblockandmoveprocessesforward
- Experienceworkingdirectlywithclientsorstakeholders
- Abilitytomanagemultipleprocessesinfast-pacedenvironments
- Strongcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskills
- Proactive,autonomous,andsolution-orientedmindset
- B2+Englishlevel(writtenandspoken)
- ExperienceusingATStools(e.g.,Workable,Greenhouse,Lever,SuccessFactorsorsimilar)
