Patria, Bogotá-based, seeks an Associate to join the Real Estate Core team. You will own financial underwriting, build models, run scenarios, and coordinate diligence to evaluate opportunities and advance strategic transactions that grow AUM in Colombia.

The role combines technical rigor in corporate finance with a market-oriented mindset, requiring fluency in Spanish and English and the ability to produce high-quality materials for Investment Committees and investors.
