NextGenEnergyJobs is seeking a seasoned power systems engineer to lead modeling and analysis for transmission studies. You will guide long-range planning, communicate complex results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and drive improvements to planning processes.

The role requires extensive experience with PSSE and other tools, strong Python skills, and a track record mentoring junior engineers. NERC/FERC compliance and leadership responsibilities are part of the position.
