Leasing Support Specialist in Colombia, Remote

We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented Lease Renewal Coordinator to join Pharmbills on a project-based assignment.

This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys communicating with people, can build rapport quickly, and is comfortable handling high-volume outbound communication. You’ll work directly with residents approaching lease expiration, gather feedback, identify concerns, and help support the lease renewal process.

What you’ll do:

- Contact residents by phone and email regarding upcoming lease expirations
- Understand residents’ renewal intentions and identify potential concerns or obstacles
- Gather feedback about their living experience and overall property satisfaction
- Serve as a professional and empathetic point of contact for residents
- Document tenant feedback accurately and share actionable insights with Property Managers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure concerns are properly communicated and addressed
- Follow established workflows, processes, and checklists
- Keep supervisors updated on workload, priorities,



and any issues requiring attention

What we’re looking for:

- English B2+ and Spanish C1+
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Professional and empathetic communication style
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow established processes and checklists accurately
- Proactive approach to communication and problem-solving
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and office software
- 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred, but not required
