Galleonlabs is hiring an AI Engineer for a full-time remote role across Europe. You will design, build, and deploy systems that run high-volume manual processes, including document validation, claims processing, and invoice reconciliation.

You should have strong Python experience and a track record of shipping production ML/AI systems. Experience with LLMs, document processing, or structured data extraction is valued, and you will own projects from scoping to monitoring in a fast-evolving
