Your role

As a Senior ETF Sales & Business Development Manager, you will actively cover clients and prospects across Latin America and the US Offshore market, collaborate with distribution partners, and drive the growth of Invesco ETF products. You will contribute to budgeting, resource allocation, marketing initiatives, and event management while building strong internal and external networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Business Development
- Drive asset gathering across Invesco ETF products in the Latin America and US Offshore region.
- Develop and expand ETF business by increasing brand awareness, cultivating long‑term relationships with institutional, wholesale and retail clients, identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing partnerships, and contributing to cross‑selling initiatives within Invesco teams.

- Distribution Engagement & ETF Expertise

- Communicate Invesco’s investment philosophy, ETF capabilities, and product range to distributors, prospects and clients.
- Deliver high‑quality client engagement through presentations, ongoing market dialogue, and representation at conferences and client events.
- Deeply understand client ETF AUMs to prepare analysis and define strategy.

Product & Strategic Contribution

- Contribute product development ideas aligned with local market demand.
- Support marketing intelligence, analyze client behaviour, competitor activity, and business trends.
- Contribute to cost efficiency and budget optimisation for client coverage and marketing initiatives.

- Internal & External Coordination

- Work closely with local marketing, communications, and integral head office teams.
- Maintain regular interaction with key stakeholders and participate in weekly sales and research meetings.

- Client Due Diligence & Governance

- Perform appropriate due diligence for new and existing clients in line with regulatory requirements.
- Assess client investment policies to identify suitable ETF solutions.
- Ensure product propositions match the client’s experience and objectives.

- Coverage & Travel

- Actively manage a diversified client base, developing prospects and broadening the investor base.
- Travel within the coverage region as required to meet clients and partners.

Qualifications

- Proven sales experience in ETFs, ETPs or the broader asset management industry.
- Experience covering Latin America and/or US Offshore markets.
- Strong understanding of business planning and budgeting.
- Advanced knowledge of financial markets and investment instruments across asset classes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team orientation; trusted, collaborative and supportive.
- Positive, proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Strong execution skills with focus on quality and consistency.
- Results‑driven with strong commercial awareness.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Fluency in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese advantageous.
