CloudFactory in Medellín, Colombia, is seeking an MLOps Support Engineer to help keep AI/ML systems stable, observable, and production-ready. This operations-first role focuses on maintaining continuous performance of models and pipelines with minimal disruption to internal and client-facing services.

You will provide Tier 1/2 support, triage incidents, monitor pipelines and metrics, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with Engineering to improve observability and runbooks.
