Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare reports and presentations with actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs and processes.
- Support the evaluation of business performance against goals and KPIs.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights.
- Important for Latin America: U.S. residency and work permits are not required.

Requirements

- Fluent English (spoken and written) — required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, finance, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel required, experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
