What we're looking for:
✅ Professional degree in Law with experience in Colombian Labor Law
✅ Advanced English (B2+/C1) – written and spoken
✅ Experience providing legal guidance on labor relations, disciplinary processes, terminations, labor claims, and compliance
✅ Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✅ Experience in BPO, shared services, or multinational companies is a plus
