Responsible for taking inbound phone calls and emails, verifying coverage, setting up claims, sending inspection request and alerts to adjusters and examiners, requesting checks, attaching documents and emails to Image Right, documenting activities in the claim file. A Claims Associate is a critical position responsible for assisting and interacting with insureds, claimants, adjusters, agents, underwriters, examiners, contractors,
