Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a senior Product Design Systems Designer to own how client design systems get built. You’ll extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a working system with tokens, variables, modes, and core components for a scalable pipeline.

You will stand up new systems fast, ensuring consistency across several client brands at once. This is a systems-first role requiring precision, strong English, and overlap with US business hours.
