Hoop Stars, a Toronto-based youth basketball business, seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead marketing, ecommerce and profitable growth. You will split time between running Hoop Stars and building the parent Community Sports Partners' marketing team across brands, with LATAM remote work and potential future relocation to US/Canada.

You will own budgets, performance and the customer experience, with a focus on paid acquisition, conversion and retention to drive growth and profitability.
