Within GBS, the Finance Operations process plays a key role in ensuring correct and daily execution of financial and accounting responsibilities in the GBS center according to the policies, procedures, and guidelines, and according to the Group Accounting Manual for specific areas of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:





- Prepare journal entries, accounting and financial transactions.
- Reconcile accounts and daily operational transactions.
- Analyze financial statement variations.
- Support daily, monthly activities and annual close processes.
- Ensure data accuracy.
- Assist various departments in accounting issues and queries.
- Support auditors in conducting internal and external audits.
- Complete other financial and accounting tasks assigned.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

- University degree or equivalent education required
- Minimum 2 years’ financial and accounting experience
- Experience in a Shared Services environment is an advantage
- Strong accounting and financial expertise within own domain and across related functional areas
- Knowledge in the use of SAP or similar ERPs, Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Power BI
- Basic English level
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and analytical skills
