You guide students toward mastery, confidence, and independence within each family's homeschool plan.Teacher Success Coaches provide personalized virtual academic instruction and coaching to homeschool students. Rather than simply helping students complete assignments, you guide students toward mastery, confidence, independence, and academic success while partnering closely with parents.As an Elementary Math & ELA Success Coach, you will meet virtually with assigned elementary students each week, teach and reinforce foundational math and literacy skills, help students stay organized and motivated, and communicate regularly with Idóneo Homeschool leadership and families regarding progress.You work closely with Sarah Knuppel, who leads homeschool strategy, curriculum planning, parent support, and the overall Elite educational experience.This is not traditional tutoringYou help students build confidence, study habits, and independence — not simply finish the next assignment.
