We are looking for a Bilingual Administrative Analyst responsible for managing international administrative and documentary processes, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and supporting the company’s new business operations and commodity trading activities.ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze international contracts, verifying compliance with applicable laws and regulations and safeguarding the company’s interests.Complete and manage KYC (Know Your Customer) forms, ensuring proper client identification and verification.Manage the opening of international bank accounts, ensuring timely collection and submission of required documentation.Handle the updating, renewal, and amendment of legal and corporate documents, ensuring they remain current and compliant.Manage the sending, receiving, tracking, and custody of international documentation, ensuring proper traceability.Manage communications with international banks,
