Your Role:
The People & Partnership (PnP) Specialist supports the Operations team by
partnering with leaders and employees to deliver people-focused initiatives that enhance engagement, communication, and overall team performance.



This role serves as a key liaison between operational teams and support functions, helping drive a positive employee experience while ensuring the effective execution of people-related programs and operational initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Operations leaders to support team engagement and people initiatives.
- Build positive relationships with employees and serve as a point of contact for people-related concerns.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
- Coordinate operational communications and team initiatives.
- Monitor employee feedback and identify opportunities to improve the employee experience.
- Collaborate with internal support teams to facilitate the resolution of employee or operational concerns.
- Assist with onboarding, transitions, and other employee lifecycle activities as required.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and track operational or people-related metrics.
