Key Responsibilities
- 1. Sales Coordination & Order ManagementCoordinate with the Sales Team for enquiries, quotations, purchase orders and customer requirements.Process and coordinate confirmed orders from PO receipt to final delivery.Ensure accurate and timely creation of Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Request Forms (DRF) and related documents.Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics for timely dispatch of confirmed orders.Track pending orders, non-billed orders and delayed deliveries and highlight issues to the concerned team.
- 2. Customer & Sales SupportAct as a coordination point between customers and internal departments for order-related requirements.Follow up on pending POs, payment status, dispatches, delivery schedules and required documents.Maintain proper records of customer requirements, quotations, orders and follow-ups.Support the Sales Team with customer data, sales reports and order status.
- 3. CRM & Sales Data ManagementEnsure 100% and timely updating of customer enquiries, follow-ups, quotations,



orders and activities in CRM.Maintain accurate customer and prospect databases.Track enquiry-to-order conversion, pending enquiries and inactive opportunities.Prepare regular sales MIS and reports for management review.
- 4. Purchase, Inventory & Logistics CoordinationCoordinate with Purchase Team for material availability and procurement requirements.Follow up on local/import purchase orders and expected material arrival.Coordinate with Warehouse for stock availability and allocation.Coordinate with Logistics for dispatch planning, transport arrangements and delivery tracking.Ensure timely sharing and filing of LR, POD and other dispatch-related documents.
- 5. Accounts & Collection CoordinationCoordinate with Accounts for outstanding payment status and customer credit-related matters.Share outstanding reports with the Sales Team and follow up on pending collections.Support the Sales Team in monitoring customer credit limits and payment terms.Ensure order
