and we’d love you to be a part of it as a Claims Associate Primary role is to provide excellent customer service to callers, customers, agents, and business partners. Responsible for taking inbound phone calls and emails, verifying coverage, setting up claims, sending inspection request and alerts to adjusters and examiners, requesting checks, attaching documents and emails to Image Right, documenting activities in the claim file. A Claims Associate is a critical position responsible for assisting and interacting with insureds, claimants, adjusters, agents, underwriters, examiners, contractors, restoration and other vendors and experts in a team environment.
What You Will Do
- Obtaining critical claims information and setting up a claim in claims system (PTS)
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Submitting claim and inspection request to adjusters and vendors
- Investigates prior claims and related information for adjusters
- Investigates weather
