You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and help secure lease signings while optimizing occupancy and resident satisfaction.
You'll use on-site management software such as OneSite and Yardi to track availability, traffic, and resident data, collaborate with maintenance, and implement marketing
