Your role

Como Diagnostic Engineer, seras el responsable de monitorear y analizar remotamente el desempeño de compresores de aire mediante herramientas IoT, análisis de datos e inteligencia artificial, con el fin de anticipar fallas, optimizar el mantenimiento, mejorar la disponibilidad de los equipos y brindar soporte técnico especializado a clientes a nivel global.

Funciones principales:

- Realizar análisis detallados de los datos recopilados mediante IoT y de la información proveniente de los sistemas ERP para garantizar que los compresores de aire operen con el máximo rendimiento.
- Impulsar mejoras en seguridad, confiabilidad y productividad en las instalaciones de los clientes.
- Brindar soporte técnico remoto de manera proactiva, contribuyendo a reducir el Tiempo Medio de Reparación (MTTR) en aplicaciones críticas de los clientes.
- Proporcionar recomendaciones claras y accionables para actividades de mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo.
- Participar en el diseño, validación e implementación de algoritmos avanzados de mantenimiento predictivo y prescriptivo para compresores de aire.
- Contribuir a la evolución de la inteligencia diagnóstica para anticipar posibles fallas y maximizar la disponibilidad operativa de los equipos.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos técnicos y de ingeniería de la división Compressor Technique Service (CTS).
- Aportar recomendaciones para mejorar la lógica y los algoritmos de las plataformas IoT, contribuyendo al desarrollo de la próxima generación de soluciones diagnósticas.
- Dar seguimiento a las soluciones recomendadas para garantizar su efectividad.
- Recopilar retroalimentación del campo para perfeccionar las herramientas y procesos de diagnóstico, aumentando la precisión y eficiencia de los sistemas.
- Este cargo opera bajo un esquema estructurado de turnos, diseñado para garantizar soporte diagnóstico las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana.




- Formarás parte de un equipo especializado comprometido con la prestación continua de soporte técnico experto y respuestas oportunas dentro del alcance de los servicios de diagnóstico.

- Profesional en Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Mecatrónica o una carrera tecnológica afín.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia práctica en diagnóstico, solución de fallas, mantenimiento y servicio técnico de compresores de aire o equipos similares.
- Conocimiento de sistemas y configuraciones de salas de compresores, incluyendo compresores de tornillo libres de aceite y lubricados, compresores centrífugos y equipos relacionados, como secadores de aire y bombas de vacío.
- Nivel de inglés intermedio B2, con capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva en entornos técnicos y colaboraciones internacionales.
