We provide our client the service of a Center of Excellence to process all utility invoices, from retrieval to payment, and manage the accounts payable efficiently. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Leader to join our team at LOFTT.
As a Senior Data Leader, you are responsible for processing and reviewing data for validity and accuracy, ensuring data quality and data standards are maintained. Accurate, timely, and complete utility data is at the heart of all of our client´s services and you play a pivotal role supporting all areas of our business. Idóneo candidate has previous data entry or reporting experience, is deadline driven, and has a can-do attitude.



Comfortable working independently on task and collaboratively with all teams and is an effective communicator with a variety of audiences. You will be expected to have or develop intermediate level skills with spreadsheets and proficiency in database use.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry
Enter new utility bill information into database with precision and speed.
Use quality control tools to verify accuracy and correct data entries for accuracy.
Communicate with billing specialists and onboarding teams regarding out of norm invoices
Establish entry priorities and meet daily and weekly deadlines
Troubleshoot and modify bill copies when needed (i.e., separate mis-scanned bills)
Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and track down further information for incomplete entries
Work with billing specialists to onboard new accounts for existing clients
Work on special projects relat
