About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Payroll Associate to join our team. This fast-paced role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. The Payroll Associate will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently while serving as a trusted resource for client payroll inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage multiple client payrolls.
- Process payroll transactions accurately, timely, and in compliance with regulations.
- Understand and apply payroll tax requirements.
- Process wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies.
- Prepare and process quarter-end and year-end payroll reporting.
- Generate ad hoc payroll reports for clients.
- Work within various payroll systems for timekeeping, payroll processing, and reporting.
- Resolve client questions related to payroll and payroll systems.




- Manage payroll-related projects and tasks.
- Handle inbound calls and client inquiries.
- Coordinate payroll activities from start to finish with clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through accountability, follow-up, and communication.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Previous payroll experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent phone presence and customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.

Schedule Availability (Required)
Candidates must be available to work any of the following shifts. The assigned shift will be confirmed after the selection process.
