What you'll do
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative with a builder mindset to help pioneer Clara’s next generation of outbound sales. This isn’t a traditional SDR role. You'll combine commercial instinct, experimentation, AI, and automation to find better ways to identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects across Mexico & Colombia.
You'll own your pipeline while also helping us build the systems behind it: testing new tools, automating repetitive work, improving prospect data, and using AI to make outbound smarter and more personalized.
In this role, you will:
- Own outbound prospecting to CFOs, Controllers,
and senior finance leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies across Latin America.
- Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
- Use AI and automation to improve prospect research, account prioritization, personalization, and follow-up at scale.
- Build and experiment with automated workflows that connect prospecting data, enrichment tools, CRM, and outreach platforms.
- Identify repetitive or inefficient parts of the sales process and build simple solutions to automate or improve them.
- Explore new AI tools, data sources, and workflows, quickly turning ideas into small experiments or MVPs and measuring their impact.
- Work with multiple data sources and enrichment tools to create high-quality prospect lists and buying signals.
- Continuously test messaging, targeting, sequences, channels, and automation to improve conversion throughout the funnel.
