We provide our client the service of a Center of Excellence to process all utility invoices, from retrieval to payment, and manage the accounts payable efficiently. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Analyst to join our team at LOFTT.
As a Data Entry Analyst, you are responsible for the entry of data from utility bills into our database. Accurate, timely, and complete utility data is at the heart of all of our client´s services and you play a pivotal role as the starting point and foundation. The adecuado candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our databases, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data, and supporting various data-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Enter new utility bill information into database with precision and speed.
Use quality control tools to verify accuracy and correct data entries for accuracy.
Communicate with billing specialists regarding out of norm invoices
Establishes entry priorities and meet daily and weekly deadlines
Troubleshoot and modify bill copies when needed (i.e. separate mis-scanned bills)
Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and track down further information for incomplete entries
Work with billing specialists to onboard new accounts for existing clients
Work on special projects related to utility bill data as needed (i.e. tax exemption and rate change audits)
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data
Other data-related tasks as assigned.
