Responsibilities
- Own delivery for 2–4 client engagements at any given time.
- Translate client briefs into clear scopes, plans and milestones.
- Run rituals (standups, reviews, retros) that compound team velocity.
- Be the trusted partner for our clients' product leads.
Requirements
- 4+ years managing software product delivery (digital agencies a plus).
- Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Ability to push back kindly to protect scope and quality.
