We're growing our network of consultants and are looking for thoughtful, collaborative operations and HR consultants to join our roster of subcontractors. This is not a full-time position. Instead, you'll have opportunities to collaborate on a variety of partner projects as needs arise.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced nonprofit operations and HR consultant who is collaborative, practical, values-driven, and skilled at helping organizations strengthen their people, operations, and internal systems.
The adecuado candidate is a trusted advisor to nonprofit executive directors, boards of directors, and senior leadership teams, with experience strengthening organizational operations, human resources, governance,



and organizational effectiveness. You are comfortable providing executive-level strategic guidance while also offering hands‑on support to develop and implement policies, systems, processes, and tools.
You can assess complex organizational and people-related challenges, identify what is most important, and help leaders develop practical, equitable, and sustainable solutions. Success in this role requires sound judgment, broad nonprofit management expertise, strong written communication skills, and the ability to move between organizational strategy and hands‑on implementation.
Responsibilities
Depending on the project, consultants may support partners across the following areas:

- Serve as a strategic advisor to Executive Directors, CEOs, Boards of Directors, and executive leadership teams.
