Greystar is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for our community. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and work with on-site teams to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
You will design marketing plans, use OneSite/Yardi systems, and follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction and timely lease renewals. Flexibility for evenings and weekends may be required.
