About reimagine collective
reimagine collective partners with nonprofits, foundations, public agencies, coalitions, and movement leaders to strengthen strategy, communications, storytelling, organizational learning, and digital presence in ways that advance equity and social change.
We're growing our network of web developers and are looking for thoughtful, collaborative developers to join our roster of subcontractors. This is not a full-time position. Instead, you'll have opportunities to collaborate on a variety of partner projects as needs arise, including new website builds, redesigns, migrations, landing pages, and ongoing website improvements.
Who We’re Looking For
We're looking for a web developer who is collaborative, solutions-oriented, detail-oriented, and excited about building websites that help organizations communicate clearly and connect with their communities.

The idóneo candidate has strong experience developing and maintaining websites in WordPress and Squarespace and understands how to build websites that are accessible, responsive, easy to navigate, and manageable for partners after launch.
You are comfortable collaborating with designers, strategists, communications teams, and clients and can translate designs, content, and project requirements into functional websites. You can also help identify practical technical solutions when a partner's needs, budget, timeline, or existing technology present constraints.

Develop and launch websites, landing pages, and other web-based experiences using WordPress and Squarespace.
Build and customize WordPress websites, including themes, page builders, plugins, and site functionality.
