We are looking for a Logistics Assistant responsible for carrying out operational activities related to the reception, registration, storage, and dispatch of goods and services across different operation points (transit/collection and administrative), ensuring physical and documentary control of materials, accurate updates in the ERP system, and compliance with established logistics procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical reception of goods and services at transit/collection points and administrative areas.
- Verify documentation associated with receptions (purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices).
- Record receptions in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy of information.
- Store and properly locate materials within the warehouse or designated area.
- Support inventory control through cyclic and physical counts.
- Support the dispatch of materials to requesting departments.
- Support the management of non-conforming products by ensuring their identification at the time of reception, physical segregation, reporting to the relevant departments,



and registration in the system in accordance with established procedures.
- Support supplier account reconciliations when required by the purchasing department, providing reception records, documentary evidence, and delivery traceability needed to validate the invoicing process.

Requirements
Education: Technologist or degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in logistics operations, goods reception, or warehousing. Experience in field reception, warehouses, or collection points is desirable.
Technical skills: Basic ERP knowledge (NetSuite, SAP, or similar); intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
