Make sure the software we build can actually be found, from the first commit rather than after launch.
What you'll do
- — Own technical SEO on client builds: crawlability, structured data, internal linking, Core Web Vitals
- — Map information architecture to real search intent instead of to an org chart
- — Work inside the codebase with engineers, not as a post-launch handoff
- — Report on what moved and what did not, without vanity metrics
What we're looking for
- — 3+ years doing technical SEO on sites you can point to
- — Comfortable reading HTML, JSON-LD and a Lighthouse report without hand-holding
- — Fluent with Search Console and at least one crawler
- — Writes clearly in English and can defend a recommendation with evidence
