Responsibilities

Customer Success Manager builds customer relationships and leads implementation, onboarding, and training.
- Customers can expand from small deployments to large, multi-department implementations, so the role works across different levels of workflow complexity.
- Support customers after implementation and during ongoing use.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Contribute to guides, webinars, and Help Center content.
- Share customer feedback with product teams.
- Identify expansion and referral opportunities.
- Monitor churn, time to first value, and net promoter score.
- Test new strategies, tools, and AI-supported approaches.
- The position also helps promote customer satisfaction through education and follow-through.
- Writing is the primary communication method in the distributed team, so clear customer notes and concise internal updates form part of the daily work.
