The Opportunity
As a Team Building Specialist, you will work one-on-one with construction company owners and managers as their trusted advisor on hiring, team dynamics, and workforce planning. This is a fully remote, independent contractor role,



working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.4:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
You will lead weekly client conversations, review real hiring pipelines, interpret assessment data, and turn your insights into clear, practical action plans that improve team performance and retention. If you enjoy client-facing work, asking thoughtful questions, and helping leaders make better people decisions, this role offers the chance to deepen your expertise in recruiting and team building while having a measurable impact on clients' businesses.
What You'll Do
- Lead weekly Zoom meetings with construction company owners and managers to review hiring needs, team challenges, and progress.
