What will you do?
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Assist with posting job openings and managing candidate applications
• Support resume reviews and interview scheduling
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist with onboarding activities, including orientation preparation and new hire documentation

HR Administration
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
• Support HR reporting and documentation efforts
• Assist with scheduling meetings, training sessions, and team events
• Help maintain HR systems and databases under the guidance of the HR team





Employee Experience & Engagement
• Support employee engagement initiatives and events
• Assist with internal communications, including newsletters and announcements
• Help coordinate employee recognition programs and activities

Compliance & Policies
• Support HR compliance activities and audits
• Assist with updating HR policies, procedures, and templates
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive employee information
