What will you do?

• Act as a champion of a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage the Bank’s broader relationships, systems, and knowledge.
• Coordinate recruitment and selection activities related to internal promotions and the hiring of administrative, leadership, middle-management, and senior-management positions.
• Design and implement candidate sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Monitor, control, and track recruitment and selection processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and present recruitment and selection reports, metrics, and process updates.
• Provide support for assigned projects and demonstrate flexibility in carrying out responsibilities inherent to the role.
• Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decision-making.




• Carry out duties effectively and efficiently in accordance with Scotiabank’s values, Code of Conduct, and General Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, compliance, and effectiveness of daily business controls to meet obligations related to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, anti-money laundering and terrorist financing risk, and conduct risk.

What do you need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Postgraduate studies, certifications, or specialized training are considered an asset.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• 4+ years of professional work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading end-to-end Recru
