? Location & Schedule
• Location: Barranquilla, Colombia
• Work Modality: On-site during the first 2 months for training and onboarding, followed by a hybrid schedule
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

What You'll Do
As an Order Management & Sales Support Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the entire order lifecycle, from sourcing and quoting to purchasing, fulfillment, and post-sale support.
Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Preparing quotes and processing customer orders accurately
✅ Supporting customers and sales teams with product, pricing, availability, and shipment inquiries




✅ Coordinating with suppliers to source products and track purchase orders
✅ Managing order, inventory, and fulfillment data across CRM and ERP systems
✅ Monitoring inventory levels and supporting purchasing decisions
✅ Coordinating with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure successful deliveries
✅ Maintaining accurate records and documentation in systems such as HubSpot and NetSuite
✅ Assisting with reporting, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives

Required Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics Coordination, Administrative Support, Order Management, Procurement Support, Sales Support, or Supply Chain Coordination
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1 level), both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynam
