We are looking for an experienced Record to Report Senior Analyst to lead a small team and ensure the accurate execution of accounting and financial reporting activities. This role combines hands-on accounting responsibilities with team oversight, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and review the work of a small accounting team.
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries.
• Perform complex balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Execute month-end close activities and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and post provisions and accruals.
• Review and report SOX controls compliance.
• Upload financial data, metrics, and journal entries into Hyperion.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables.
• Analyze issues,



identify risks, and drive resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to support business objectives.
• Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and compliance with data protection policies.

Requirements
• Experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes and month-end close activities.
• Advanced English
• Strong knowledge of journal entries, account reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, provisions, and SOX controls.
• Leadership experience, including reviewing and guiding team deliverables.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Hyperion, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a strong focus on quality and process optimization.
• Ability to build effective relationships with clients
