We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Program Lead to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our training and development initiatives at Factored. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact learning experiences. This position is idóneo for someone who enjoys problem-solving, project coordination, and building efficient systems.





Functional Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee the end-to-end execution of training programs, bootcamps, and workshops.

• Maintain up-to-date training schedules, materials, and documentation.

• Coordinate with facilitators, instructors, and stakeholders to meet program goals.

• Collect and organize training content, participant resources, and learning assessments.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to adapt materials for different teams and skill levels.

• Ensure training materials are consistent, accessible, and aligned with program objectives.

• Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to ensure a positive learning experience.

• Oversee logistics for virtual and in-person training (e.g., session setup, tools, recordings, certificates).

• Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and program dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
