About the Role:
We are looking for an IT WMS Automation Consultant to support warehouse automation initiatives across large distribution and logistics environments. In this role, you will help implement, configure, and integrate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with automation technologies such as WCS, conveyors, robotics, MHE (Material Handling Equipment), and other warehouse systems.
This is a hand on technical role for professionals who understand both the WMS side and the
automation/integration side of warehouse operations.

Required Skills:
• 3-5 years of experience in WMS functional consulting, WMS implementation, warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and end-to-end warehouse processes.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WM/WMS or comparable enterprise WMS platforms.
• Experience with WMS functional implementation,



configuration, requirements gathering, and process design.
• Understanding of Order Management (OM/OMS) and its interaction with warehouse execution.
• Experience working with both warehouse operations teams and IT/project teams.
• Background in 3PL, logistics, supply chain, or large distribution center environments is strongly preferred.
• Ability to identify operational gaps and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Manhattan Active WM and OM is highly valuable, particularly within integral logistics, 3PL, supply chain, or distribution environments.
