The Opportunity
This is a role based in Bogotá, Colombia.
Serve as a strategic liaison between IT and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and effective technology solutions.
This role provides end-to-end support to assigned business areas by leveraging IT and business expertise to analyze processes, define requirements, and develop business cases that drive operational efficiency and business value.
Additionally, the role supports system stability and operations by managing user support, application access, and system health for the Vaisala ViewLinc application within Abbott Medical Devices IT.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT to translate needs into technical requirements.
• Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.
• Develop business requirements and contribute to business case creation for initiatives.
• Support initiatives and projects across different phases, from discovery through implementation.
