Title and Summary

Senior Program Manager

Mastercard Revenue Operations & Enablement, part of Revenue Accounting Services in GBSC, is seeking a skilled Senior Program Manager to manage various functions of Operational Excellence. The Senior Program Manager will ensure smooth and efficient business processes, manage relationships and stakeholders, and develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance. This role will also play a key part in program managing regulatory and compliance-driven initiatives across billing and revenue operations.



It requires a strong understanding of business analysis, project management, and operational excellence.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Role – Key Responsibilities

· Develop, plan, and oversee the implementation and delivery of operational projects for revenue systems and solutions with assigned teams independently.

· Manage the end-to-end delivery of program work by reporting progress and ensuring dependencies are covered, overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems, and removing blocking issues to achieve successful delivery.

· Program manage regulatory and compliance-driven initiatives end to end, translating requirements into clear scope, plans, owners, and milestones, and delivering against externally mandated deadlines.

· Execute and perform intake analysis and tasks across cross-functional teams, aligning focus and priorities with Revenue Operations & Enab
