A Day in the Life
The Associate HR Shared Services Specialist provides centralized HR administration and operational support across a range of Human Resources processes and programs, including Global Rewards, Global Talent & Leadership Development, Global HR Operations, and Employee Relations. This role partners across the HR function to ensure transactions are processed accurately, programs are administered effectively, and employees and managers receive timely, high-quality support.

Responsibilities may include the following:




• Provide centralized HR administration and operational support across a variety of HR programs and processes, with a primary focus on employee benefits, and HR Operations.
• Administer and support employee benefits programs and recurring operational processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution in accordance with established policies, procedures, and local requirements.
• Process and validate benefits and HR-related transactions, employee reimbursements, allowances, and other inputs that may impact employee payments and experience.
• Serve as a point of support for employees and managers, providing guidance and resolving inquiries by applying established processes, policies, and service standards.
• Coordinate with internal HR teams, payroll, finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective end-to-end execution of assigned processes and timely resolution of operational issues.
