Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Strategist at Effiqs.



The Digital Marketing Strategist will design and execute integrated demand-generation programs across paid media, SEO, content, and lifecycle marketing to drive qualified pipeline for B2B tech clients. Responsibilities include developing digital marketing strategies, setting channel and campaign KPIs, managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms, and optimizing campaigns based on performance data. The person in this role will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to refine ICPs and buyer personas, shape messaging, and improve conversion paths through landing page optimization and CRO. Day-to-day tasks also include building reporting frameworks and dashboards, contributing to marketing operations and automation workflows, and ensuring all activities align with revenue goals and account-based marketing initiatives.
